Overall Responsibility of the Position-
To provide strategic direction to the business and facilitate, co-ordinate and influence all human resources internal processes nationally. Draft the annual strategic business plan of the HR Unit and to draft and align the budget with the overall business plan. The overall responsibility of the job: Total people management staff compliment 250+, wage negotiations, BBBEE, CCMA, disciplinary enquiries, employment equity, training, MERSETA.
