🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, records, and filing systems.
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and assist with general enquiries.
  • Process new customer sign-ups and maintain accurate databases.
  • Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
  • Support the technical and sales teams with scheduling and coordination.
  • Maintain stock and asset records.
  • Prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.

🔹 Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration or office support.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in a tech/security/telecoms industry is an advantage.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Must reside in cape town
