🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, records, and filing systems.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and assist with general enquiries.
- Process new customer sign-ups and maintain accurate databases.
- Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
- Support the technical and sales teams with scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain stock and asset records.
- Prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration or office support.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Experience in a tech/security/telecoms industry is an advantage.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Must reside in cape town
