We are seeking to appoint motivated employees in the following positions:

SITE MANAGER x3 Positions
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing, administering and monitoring the delivery of various infrastructure projects from inception to close out as well as site management, cost reporting, maintenance programme
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control all aspects of building and building maintenance.
- Monitor the state and effectiveness of all equipment on site.
- Identify and manage site, specific logistics and operations.
- Scheduling of teams on site.
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) effectively to meet project requirements.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance and site scheduling to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Certification in Facilities Management or Construction Management, or Project Management or equivalent.
- At least 3- 5 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Ability to develop RFQ.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge and Skills
- Organising, communication and planning skills
- Knowledge of site maintenance, logistics and site development
- Computer literate in Ms Office
- Knowledge of Inventory Management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse project team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively address challenges and make sound judgments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
